The perfect address for a restful break as close as possible to the sea.
The living area, warm and bright, includes a lounge corner with a convertible sofa (offering additional sleeping for 2 extra people), a coffee table and a flat-screen television.
The fully equipped and functional open-plan kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, an electric coffee maker and a large fridge-freezer. The dining area includes a table and 4 chairs.
A lovely separate bedroom with a large comfortable double bed (160 cm) and its adjoining bathroom (shower and vanity unit). The toilets are also separate.
Also enjoy a 15 m² terrace and a pleasant small enclosed garden. Facing South-West and perfectly sheltered from the wind, this space has a complete garden furniture set (table, 4 chairs, parasol) and 2 sun loungers.
The accommodation is located within the "Résidence des Îles" (a very quiet small residence of 14 properties) and gives you access to a shared heated indoor swimming pool from April to October and then during the Christmas holidays, with a depth varying from 1.20 m to 2 m and a dedicated area for young children (40 cm depth).
You also benefit from a children's play area, a petanque court and a shared laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer accessible by coin meter). A reception offers tourist information, some books and board games available free of charge.
Local life and must-do activities:
- Bilou Beach and GR34 trail in the immediate vicinity of the residence (150m)
- 12 minutes' walk from Le Conquet town centre, its shops, restaurants and crêperies, and the Tuesday morning market.
- 15 minutes' walk from the port and landing stage, to buy fish directly from the boats or to embark towards the islands of Molène and Ouessant.
- the iconic site of Pointe Saint Mathieu and its former abbey are only 3km away
- You can also embark on sea trips: observing seals, dolphins and seabirds, or discovering mythical lighthouses.
