Sleek design accents will weave through every space, from statement fittings to the finest contemporary comforts, Aerin Villa interior is more than a masterpiece of design, it is the perfect heaven to bring family and friends together.

The abundance of space at the flow to light-filled living room is price for entertaining, with a fully-equipped, party-ready kitchen enriched with an indoor dinning spot for culinary wonders. The living room features a fireplace and 65’ smart TV for movies o’clock or a cosy corner to read your holiday book. The villa also features a Playstation 3 for our guests. Reverse level living brings those inside close to the elements, with panoramic countryside views and plenty of space to unfurl.

The villa boasts 3 meticulously designed bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, boasting one double bedroom (Queen Size Bed), with en-suite bathroom, shower cabin and direct access to the terrace. The remaining two bedrooms featuring two single beds each, are also located in the ground floor. All bedrooms are enriched with a 32’ TV. Additionally, guests will find one more bathroom with shower cabin and hydromassage features for the ultimate relaxation after a day or explorations. What’s more, one more guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed, located in the living room area. The bedrooms are all effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

External Living - Pool & Outdoor Spaces

The Cretan sun shines brightly on olive groves, cobbled streets, breathtaking views, rolling hills, and a friendly welcoming culture, all beautifully showcased by staying at Aerin Villa.

Our guests will instantly be smitten by the real sense of tranquility and the comfort of the outside space to unwind and relax during their treasured holiday break. Open the crock of a chilled bottle of wine while soaking in the private swimming pool or the four seated whirlpool spa. Little ones are sure to have hours of fun with their own ‘Dream Outdoor Playhouse’, and the sensory pool to splash about in until well past bedtime.

The Villa is set in 250 m2 outdoor area with a 30 m2 private swimming pool. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea in the lovely outdoor shaded dining area. Lay out al fresco lunches and make like the Greeks, grazing on cold meats and olives between dips, before reclining to watch the dramatic Cretan sunset unfold with a G&T on hand at the outdoor comfy seating area.

For Relaxation

Relax in the shade of the umbrellas, soak up the Cretan sun and heartily embrace the amazing countryside and sea views. Dip in the private swimming pool and master your BBQ skills, have your meals at the shaded dining area, while admiring the spectacular views during sunset.

There is free secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 2-3 cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine & Filter coffee machine, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen!
